Want Advice, Mining Lawsuit and Problems?

Okay, I moved to a 130 acre property almost 4 years ago. Soon after we had moved up there, we saw mining trucks coming up one of our roads (one that is only about 50 feet from the house.) So we stop the truck driver, and we ask, what are you doing on this property? Well, It turns out that this mining company, Imasco, had had a deal with the previous owners of the property. They would get paid, and Imasco could go up and down the road whenever they wanted, to access their mine. Now, my family wanted to homestead, so we were like, get off our property, we don't want to make that deal, we're LIVING here. So, since we wern't cooperating, they took us to court. First, after we got a lawyer, they sent us pure crap for 'evidence' stuff that had nothing to do with our dispute, stuff our lawyer had to go thru, and then made us postpone the court date, so we could look thru all the stuff- they sent the 'evidence' to us like, a day before the court date. it sounds like once the court rules in your favor you block off the road with something like a tree then if they come on your land call the police and show them the judgment if its your property and there not allowed on put some thing in the road way so they can not drive through
